Winners were announced at a ceremony at The Tramsheds Function Centre, 18 May 2016.
2016 LiFE Award winners were:
Outstanding Contribution LiFE Award was awarded to Wendy French.
Communities in Action for Suicide Prevention LiFE Award was awarded to SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY.
Best Practice in Suicide Prevention in a Workplace LiFE Award was awarded to Roger Hanson and The Mercury.
In 2016 there was another nomination that impressed the Award Judging Panel so much that they awarded the Judges’ Special Mention Award to the small team of dedicated volunteers at Lifeline’s 24-hour free-call crisis support service.
